Few days ago the developers behind forensic and security distribution BlackArch released the first release of the distro set for 2020. With around 2.400 tools for security testing using specific penetration testing, the latest software packages and a new kernel.

Optionally it is possible to install the distribution on a distro based on Arch Linux or on Arch Linux itself. This is possible by adding the BlackArch Linux repository to the system.

As BlackArch is compatible with Arch Linux installations and derivatives, it acts as an unofficial user repository available to install simply by running a little "strap.sh" script as root.

How to install BlackArch on Arch Linux and derivatives?
