Turpial 1.6.6 Stable available on Debian Testing

It is already in the Debian Testing repositories la version 1.6.6 (Stable) de Turpial, an excellent customer for Identi.ca y Twitter written in Python. It incorporates a series of improvements and corrections.

  • Improvements in the graphical interface.
  • Autologin.
  • Filtered by words.
  • APIv2 support in bit.ly.
  • DM errors are fixed.
  • Fixed some bugs in system notifications.
  • Other small bugs are fixed.

You can download the source code from the file repository or update directly from the repositories Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian y ArchLinux. Installation instructions can be found on the download page.

In Debian nothing is easier than opening a terminal and putting:

$ sudo aptitude install turpial
