Bountysource: Help for Free Software projects

 What is Bountysource?

bountysource

Seen from the developer's point of view bountysource, is a website where there are different free software projects, within each project there are different "tascas", each of these tascas has associated with it an amount of money (which can be 0), and if we complete it apart from helping in the development of an application in free software we can also earn a few dollars.

Well, if you are not a developer (or if) and for example you find a functionality is missing in an application, you can open a new tavern and offer money to complete it, or if it is already created you can increase the value of the tavern, that is, it works as crowdfunding.

You can find more info in wikipedia

Bountysource is integrated into github, that is, to complete the "tasks" you must do a push and demonstrate that the functionality works correctly.

As it cannot be otherwise, we can find the web code at github.

  Use Bountysource

bountysource

To register we can use our own github account.

We have a search engine where we can look for the programming language, for the money ...

Once you have selected the task, we must put the github link where we have the code with the solution, and explain what we have done.

Interesting idea. It would be like a classified ad offering work to developers to fix specific problems.

Interesting project, a good way to motivate the development of programs, thanks for informing. By the way, I think that when you say "tascas" you mean "tasks" whose translation is task into Spanish.

Good idea, since the guys at GNUPanel would be more than happy after the defeat suffered by the unsuccessful campaign they did on IndieGoGo.

Best of all, they also use Bitcoin, precisely a currency created with Free Software.
