A few days ago a reader of ours (nano) asked me several questions about KDE, suggestions for Tutorials what i could do about KDE, this is one of them
AmarokThat player for KDE that had (in my opinion of course) its peak and glorious moment some time ago, still has many followers and fans. Now we will see how to do something so simple but at the same time something that many want: Change the Amarok Splash.
We will put this other:
Well ... here are the steps.
1. Open a terminal, in it write the following and press [enter]:
wget https://blog.desdelinux.net/wp-content/uploads/amarok-splash.jpg && cp amarok-splash.jpg /usr/share/apps/amarok/images/splash_screen.jpg
2. This will ask for your password, type it and press [enter] once again.
3. READY!!!
Can now open Amarok, you will see that the Splash is different
If you want to put some other instead of the one I show you, you just have to copy it to the folder / usr / share / apps / amarok / images / with the name "splash_screen.jpg«, In such a way that they replace or overwrite the one that exists with that name.
The splash that I show you is the work of ricardorivau l, many thanks to him for this work
Nothing else
regards
PD: For more splash for Amarok here you can search: Splash Amarok on KDE-Look.
I'm downloading that anime background and see if that computer doesn't give me the ass to put Arch
What you are looking for is a justification to use Windows HAHA.
