A few days ago one of our readers ( nano ) asked me several questions about KDE , suggestions for tutorials I could make about KDE , this is one of them 
Amarok , that KDE player that had (in my opinion, of course) its glorious peak some time ago, still has many followers and fans. Now we'll see how to do something so simple, yet something many people want: change the Amarok splash screen.

Well ... here are the steps.
1. Open a terminal, in it write the following and press [enter]:
wget https://blog.desdelinux.net/wp-content/uploads/amarok-splash.jpg && cp amarok-splash.jpg /usr/share/apps/amarok/images/splash_screen.jpg
2. This will ask for your password, type it and press [enter] once again.
3. READY!!!
You can now open Amarok , you'll see that the Splash screen is different 
If you want to use a different image instead of the one I'm showing you, just copy it to the /usr/share/apps/amarok/images/ folder with the name " splash_screen.jpg ", so that it replaces or overwrites the existing one with that name.
