What better way to start the week than with a competition? The idea is that we can show the world that in Linux you can also get luxurious and visually super attractive desktops. Visual aesthetics is not something that only concerns Mac users.
Show us your super piggy desk and get the admiration of all of us! Will you use Mint or Ubuntu? Debian or Fedora? Arch or openSUSE? What distros will appear in our Top 5? |
All there is to do
- Get a screenshot of your desktop. To do this, you can use the PrintScreen key (or PrtSc, on English keyboards). Do not forget that it is also Shutter to help you.
- Access our Facebook page.
- Paste your photo on our Wall, describing the themes (metacity, emerald, docky, conky, etc.) used.
- The 5 best captures are going to be published in an exclusive blog post for everyone to admire.
The originality, creativity and overall aesthetics of the desk will be judged.
The competition starts today and ends on Friday the 11th. Hurry up and send your catch!
