rekonq, a browser that as I have said before is quite promising, already has the version 0.8 available and stable 😀
This version as I have said before, use QtWebKit 2.2.0, so the yield is considerably much better than previous versions.
I leave you the changes:
- AdBlock: Rules to avoid advertising and other annoying things
- Modifications in the address bar (added "paste and go", etc).
- Tab history now included in Restore Tabs.
- Changes in the interface, specifically in the menu.
- Now you can close the entire window, closing the last tab.
- Use KParts to see the source code, this way the source code is not downloaded twice, that is, the code loaded will be displayed and the browser will not request that the code be downloaded again.
- A simple "click" mechanism to manipulate and manage our "favorites".
- Added option "Not to follow", Something like anonymous browsing.
- In the history we will now have the option of "first time visited", which will obviously tell us when was the first time we visited that site.
- Tab messages will now use KMessageWidget.
- Implemented "drag and drop", which means that we can drag the files to and from the browser, and depending on whether the website supports it, we can upload or download these files.
- [Ctrl] + [Number] it will be enough for us to use our favorite shortcuts (keyboard shortcuts).
Anyway, soon this version will enter the repos of each distro, however users of Ubuntu can use this PPA: https://launchpad.net/~yoann-laissus/+archive/rekonq-ppa
Users Debian they will have to wait for this version to enter the Unsable, Experimental and then Testing repos. Although, they could also use that PPA that I put above, they should not have big problems.
The ones we use Arch... I think we already have this version available in our official repos 😀
Greetings and… enjoy it 🙂
Interfaces, what is that?
Yes man, in the GUI 😀
No, that is an interface, not an "interface"
HAHAHAHAHA I already knew that you were telling me that's why LOL !!!!
You put it at stake, I imagine that interface
And for clumsy linuxers who don't use KDE? A little help to install dependencies and stuff?

Welcome 😀
mmm I did not understand you, how does it help to install dependencies?
Greetings and haha thanks for the "great" haha, we do what we can 😉
No, thanks to you, I always find interesting things here even if I don't comment much, hehe

flata is in the RAE? LOL.
Hahahahaha that time I have not reread
well, I use Linux Mint 11 with LXDE as manager and when installing from PPA it tells me "that it is missing dependencies"

Is it going to be installed in my house? Man, it's not very big but it has enough outhouses for the whole family.
