The last time I talked about my Router, I received lots of emails and many people on Twitter asking me how I did to enter this configuration, and I understand it because it took me a long time and many queries on Google.
I already helped some of them in the mail, but today I am going to give you the solution that goes in several phases.
1) The basic: When the Router asks for authentication, leave username and password blank and just give ENTER
2) The most Geek: With WAN IP or Public IP: Put your Public IP in the browser followed by: 8080 EJ: 181.53.70.200:8080 When it asks for authentication. in user they put «admin» And in password they put «Uq-4GIt3M» (In Colombia they updated the Firmware and this option no longer works, but it costs nothing to try) It is also important to highlight that our WAN IP must be entered from a proxy or a network other than your own.
3) The definitive one: On the back of the router is the famous "reset", find something with which you can press it and leave it pressed for about 4 or 5 seconds. Then (VERY QUICKLY) They go to their computer and log into the router. To access it use the step 1 «The Basic» And before all the lights on the router finish turning on, they change the password. And from then on they leave the username blank, with the password they have used.

This is already a router or line problem, you may have outages. You should call ISP technical support for help with this.
