Surely more than one person has experienced, that in the distros no deb, as a general rule the font smoothing is quite bad, compared to ubuntu.
Opensuse was no exception, so I started looking a little for the solution to the issue, and after about two hours of research I came to find it.
We add this repository through yast:
Then we go to yast, we search in yast for this repository and we install all its packages.
Again we go to yast and install fontconfig infinality.
Once the package is installed, we are going to configure infinality font smoothing, which by default comes with ubuntu type smoothing, which I don't like too much. So you open a terminal and write:
sudo nano /etc/profile.d/infinality-settings.sh
Inside the document, we look for the line that says "USE_STYLE = »UBUNTU»" And we change the word ubuntu, to "INFINALITY", Remember that you can also choose the presets of windows 7, osx, chrome os etc.
As the default font for the system, I have preferred to continue using gnome's cantarell, as it is pleasant to read.
We are done, but now we will realize that when opening a qt application, it does not take the font type of infinality and the menus are seen in gigantic dimensions.
So we write in the terminal
sudo gconftool-2 --set --type string /desktop/gnome/interface/gtk_theme adwaita
Now if we are really done, and we will have an appearance of this type
