New version of Hyperbola GNU/Linux-libre Version 0.4

This first of March, the Hyperbola Community announces that dAfter a long and continuous period of testing and development, they now have a new version of Hyperbola GNU/Linux-libre. This version 0.4 (Milky Way or Milky Way) has as novelties the beginning of the bases for a future development of HyperbolaBSD, that is to say, that it will serve as a transitional platform, for the ongoing effort to create an alternative kernel and system based on copyleft BSD.
