Final release of Linux Lite 6.0

On the first day of June, the final release of Linux Lite 6.0 has been announced, which is why it is now available for download and installation. The focus of this new version (Series 6) is inclusiveness and freshness. And for that, it now includes a Newer web browser, newer Office Suite, and newer custom software suite. What's new in Arch Linux's new menu-driven 2.5.0 installer

The Arch Linux developers have released a latest update (2.5.0) to their archinstall menu-driven installer at the end of May. Which brings another layer of new features and bug fixes to make Arch Linux installations easier.

And among the novelties included, the following can be mentioned: FIDO2 (HSM) support for systemd-boot; So Archinstall allows users to use FIDO2 devices as an unlocking mechanism for a disk partition that is encrypted with a master password. In addition, Archinstall's main menu has been enriched with a new disk preview, a new disk layout preview, as well as a user preview of the main menu. XFCE Applications Update

At the end of May this year, Xfce 4.16 users received two new maintenance updates. One for the XFCE terminal emulator application, which was related to setting the scrollbar position, scrolling on exit, an issue with KeyEvents when activating a TAB throttle, and dragging URLs that added garbage characters.

And another one, for the XFCE Task Manager application, which was related to the inclusion of the possibility to copy the complete command line of the process, change the name from “Private” to “Resident Bytes”, and show the labels of localized websites, among others.
