FSF launches campaign against new SecureBoot

Not long ago on the net Secure Boot was discussed, and the possibilities that malicious companies (such as Microsoft) could through this, prevent any OS other than Windows from being installed on our computers.

Now FSF (Free Software Foundation) starts a campaign against Secure Boot, saying (in a funny way) that they should rename it and instead of Secure Boot, to call him Restricted Boot…LOL!!!

Microsoft itself announced that they would not decide if another OS could be installed or not on the computer, claiming that this would be decided by the hardware manufacturers, in reality it continues to create misconceptions and doubts in the community.

There is even a whole petition for the community to fight against this - » FSF VS Secure Boot Request

Complete and detailed article of FSF - » Will your computer's «Secure Boot» turn out to be «Restricted Boot»?

Actually, if it is something "similar" to the efi of the mac, it is nothing of the other world, I suppose that everything is to complain, but if in the end they make sure that someone creates a "rEfit" for the pc.

I have Arch installed on an MBP, and honestly the only thing that "bothers" is that you cannot touch the options in BIOS plan. For everything else ...

I am not a programmer (only a student) so I speak from my point of view, I don't have much idea either.
