GNU / Linux desktop of a 5 year old child

So that later nobody comes to tell me that Linux It is for Geeks and misfits, here I leave the Desktop of Jose, a boy of only 5 years old, son of smudge, one of our users.

Not only does all this seem very cute, but I have been amazed at how beautiful it looks. What do you think?

When I read it I thought: Let's see if Courage has already released it or how long it takes to do it xD

At least the baby has more originality than Sandy, apart from not overloading

eeh how cool 😀 now what system is that ?? I don't think it's ubuntu because of the icons it handles .. What system will that be?

I'm very glad you like it. Jose is all happy and revolutionized, he has already brought the whole family to see him.
The system is Arch + XFCE. I have a user for him and another for his sister, who did not stop deconfiguring my desktop, now each one fiddles with his without problem.

ejejejejeje xD an elegant solution 🙂

Wow ... Arch, quite a surprise for us here, did he install it himself or did someone else install it for him? 🙂

after this .. I no longer need unity or gnome .. I just need to know how to do the effect of the cube and that of the 4 unity style screens?

        1.    vicky said

The one with the four desks is achieved with the desktop grid effect, putting 4 desks and two rows for the virtual desktops in Behavior of the workspace, the effect appears to me by pressing Crl + F8

too beautiful .. when I saw that quickie I remembered unity ahahahaha .. KDE is the pope !! that's why you have to learn to use it well

Hey, that's good Pokémon 😀 Definitely the boy does know how to tune his desktop, and that it is an Arch Xfce (probably not installed by him) makes it even better 🙂

    1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

Indeed hahaha, although I do not like Pokemon, the icons of the little one are the coolest haha

  12.   smudge said

hahaha, of course man, at the administrative level it does nothing. But as long as it is XFCE, which is what he knows to change the appearance, the distribution with which he works does not matter, for him it is not linux or arch or anything, it is simply his computer. It knows the routes to the folders where I have the icons, the backgrounds or the animation films. Of course, if I change all that, he will not know how to move. If linux outside of the administrative work (this is also simple, only that windows, it comes in the pc that you buy with the work done) is the simplest there is.

    1.    vicky said

Like that desktop has more tuning than most windows that leave the original wallpaper
