HAPPY BIRTHDAY KDE !!!

Yesterday, just yesterday KDE he met 15 years.

It's been a long, long way since Matthias ettrich began this project (October 14, 1996), and like almost all Free Software or Open Source projects, it begins with an open letter to the community, encouraging programmers from anywhere in the world to be part of a new project 🙂 In In this case, Matthias wrote a letter to the.comp.os.linux.misc list.

Since then, they have joined hundreds of programmers, have contributed million lines of code, but much more than that ... many users benefit, and not only in GNU / Linux environments 😀

Nothing much congratulations (although I'm already 1 day late HAHA), really ... I swear I'm a VERY happy user of KDE, I feel more than great belonging to this community (and I'm not looking down on other environments ok).

regards

Haha two years younger than me.

It is a young project compared to other systems, but one of my favorites on Linux
