Every time you try reboot or shutdown the system, or even log off and start a new session, a dialog box requesting confirmation of such action, which can be quite annoying over time. To disable this behavior, simply press Alt + F2 and I wrote gconf-editor. Once the editor was open, I chose apps> indicator-session and enable the option suppress_logout_restart_shutdown. |
