Next Saturday, January 26, 2013, the II Install Party Jr will be held in Madrid (Spain) at the Jose Ramon Otero School, in the La Peseta neighborhood (PAU de Carabanchel) from 10 to 15 hours.
In this second edition, as in the previous one, there will be various talks, workshops, etc., in addition to being able to take your PC or laptop to have GNU / Linux installed.
For example, there will be a talk about myths and realities of Free Software, Using Android and not dying trying, a Bender workshop to make video games, another GIMP for children and a free Domotica exhibition with Arduino and several PCs with games (such as Open Arena or Battle for Wesnoth).
If you live in Madrid, surroundings or are going to be there, I recommend you attend, last year it left me a good taste and, of course, this year I will repeat.
You can see all the information and schedules in your Official website
See you there ^^

I would like to attend a talk about free software sometime, but where I live there is not a fence.
Thanks for sharing.
Enjoy it.
Of course, then you tell us how it went.
Is there any way to know if there are any of these around the Basque Country? I've been trying to install arch on my PC for about half a year and I can't do it = (
There are several events a year, but many are little publicized.
If I find out something I comment
