Why an IRC? ...
We have a lot to talk about folks, a lot of Linux... SWL, Arch, Debian, KDE, Xfce, etc ... doubts, questions, we want to have an answer to our questions quickly, the second, and then immediately to ask another question, etc. We do not want to wait for minutes to clarify a question in the forum or right here on the blog, so ... that's where it comes in our IRC, helps more dynamically, quickly.

Does anyone know how to connect with empathy on irc? desdelinux?
I already tried from the pidgin but it does not connect to the irc so then I try with the Xchat….
A suggestion, put a link to download the SSL certificate and be able to use thin clients such as Weechat or Irssi, it is impossible for me to connect without reaching into the configuration file, so that option would be welcome. By the way, excellent site elav and KZKG.
