KDE Plasma 5.15 receives its first maintenance update

The KDE Project today launched the first maintenance update for the latest KDE Plasma 5.15 series to fix various bugs and problems reported by users.

KDE Plasma 5.15 was released a week ago on February 12 with new features and improvements, including an improved package manager, better integration with third-party technologies and applications like Firefox, interface improvements, new networking options, and redesigned icons.

This maintenance update, KDE Plasma 5.15.1, comes to fix several errors that will make the experience more stable and reliable. Among the key points we have the restoration of sessions, improvements in the Kickoff menu to return the Favorites page, discover improvements and better support for comics.

KDE Plasma 5.15.2 Arrives February 26

Among other components updated in KDE Plasma 5.15.1 we can mention the Plasma Discover package manager, various extensions for Plasma such as Time and Comic, shortcuts in KDE, new features in the KWin window manager, Powerdevil power manager, which is now included in the session manager, among other components of Plasma Workspace and Plasma Desktop.
