In this area of Education"KDE Community" has officially developed 25 applications of which we will mention and comment, textually and briefly, the first 10, and then we will mention the remaining 13:

  1. Articulate: A pronunciation trainer that helps to improve and refine the pronunciation of a foreign language by the student.
  2. flash: An electronic game published in 1978 that challenges players to recall sequences of increasing length.
  3. Singer: An interface for powerful mathematical and statistical packages. Cantor integrates them into the KDE Platform and provides an elegant worksheet-based graphical user interface.
  4. GCompris: A set of high-quality educational programs containing a large number of activities for children between the ages of 2 and 10.
  5. KAlgebra: An application that can replace your graphing calculator. It has numerical, logical, symbolic and analysis functions that allow you to calculate mathematical expressions on the console and graphically represent the result in 2 or 3 dimensions.
  6. Calcium: A program that displays the periodic table of the elements. You can use Kalzium to find information about the elements or to learn about the periodic table.
  7. kanagram: A game based on word anagrams: the puzzle is solved when the letters of the mixed word are put back in the correct order.
  8. KBruch: A small program to practice the calculation with fractions and percentages. To do this, different exercises are provided and you can use the learning mode to practice with fractions.
