Fortunately, LMMS is in the default repositories for Ubuntu (and most popular distros). To install in Ubuntu click here:
Or run this command on a console
sudo apt-get install lmms
The LMMS developers also have a page for uploading songs, skins and presets for the LMMS instrument plugins. LMMS Sharing Platform
At Lóleo Eventos, wiki LMMS have tutorials and documentation for the program, but unfortunately, for now, it is not in Spanish. If you can translate, help them!
Note: In Ubuntu the package references the Wine 1.2 package, so you must have that version of Wine installed.
Why if it is "linux multimedia studio" does it require wine? Does it use windows executables? It seems to me that something 100% native is always better
I have used Fl Studio, Cubase and Ableton… and… THIS IS A WHY OF A PROGRAM! (in my opinion). I hope that with time it will improve.
If you know too much I am very happy, you should do your best to contribute to improve it. Free software does not imply that you just sit back and say what is wrong if you don't do something to make it better.
Very good I will try it.
And in your opinion ... which would be the best?
Thank you very much! I'm going to try it ...
