New comment system, we need feedback

Greetings to all. I just activated the commenting system that includes jetpack, which is the same as the one used in the blogs of wordpress.com. That is why I need you, if you have a problem with it, leave a comment in this same post or in our Support Forum.

This new comment system allows us to log in using the accounts of WordPress.com, Twitter o Facebook, or simply by filling in the form that you can see in the image above, so it seems to me that it can be much more comfortable for users.

What do you think?

Let's see if entering the data by hand works.

Well yes, fantastic. I have this email associated with a WordPress account and on WordPress.com blogs it won't let me comment if I'm not logged in. I don't know if they have fixed it or if using jetpack is different, but the fact is that it works 🙂

I find it wrong that the email field is now above the name. One is used to always seeing the three fields in this order: name, email and website, and this change causes confusion.

Nor do I see the need for the three fields to remain hidden until the form is clicked. It is better that they are always visible.

    1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

      +1 in both observations 🙂

Well, it works as normal as an educated little boy, let's continue testing it to see how it works ...

    1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

What do you see in this that you don't like? 🙂

      1.    sieg84 said

from what Manuel de la Fuente mentions, in addition to the fact that in opera mobile it is tedious to delete the text because it takes time for the data fields to appear and the comment must be rewritten.

although also with the previous one I had problems (not always) to send comments from opera mobile / mini.

And for the mobile version of the site, I prefer to use the full version, I don't know if the comments also happen in the mobile version of the site.

    In the 3DS, everything is piled up in the comments section, and the site takes a long time to load and does not do it completely; 3; I have been able to comment more using my that thing (for Mario as OS LOL) but then those are the difficulties I have. In the Blackberry not to mention ... Then it trolls me and I do not know if I have data service or Wi-Fi active or what the hell and the blog looks terrible or does not load it flat;

    1.    elav <° Linux said

Thanks for the information Alba 😀

      1.    Alba for lifetime said

You're welcome .w. Anything that is needed with the 3DS count on me. With the blackberry I'm not sure, someone else with the phone that has an opinion would not hurt because in truth, there are times that I do not know when it is the cell phone or the service lol

      2.    Alba for lifetime said

I already tried the Blackberry. Impossible to enter with Opera Mini and even the cel LOL dies. With the browser that brings the phone if I can enter the blog and look at everything, but when I leave a comment, it sends me to the churro saying that the page is very large and closes the browser: /

About the blog theme, we hope to change it for the 1st week of this next month.
Regarding the comments, we should see what we do to solve this 🙁… when we have the new theme we will start debugging 🙂
