Relaxing wallpapers pack from various distros

Once again I bring you wallpapers, and once again I don't give preferences to a specific distro 😀

Here are some wallpapers of several distros, without many effects, clean backgrounds, designs of mcder (like the ones I've been putting these days) 🙂

Anyway, here I leave them:

What do they think? 😀

I use the Arch obviously, elav is using that of Debian : )

The first time I see any Fedora here

By the way, does anyone know which distro is the last one?

Don't mess with the Fedora theme eggs anymore. So why don't you just look for good articles on this distro and publish them?

          1.    Courage said

Because if I spend all the time writing articles they will be crap, I prefer to write few and good to many and bad.

And I'm starting with the exams.

Now I want to see the exciting fund pack, please (I have been told that you are an expert).

    1.    Courage said

You speak with one of the most expert in vicious reggaetonero backgrounds in the entire blogosphere… El Carcamal Arenoso!

      1.    Windousian said

Don't mix figurative art with "reggaeton." I admit that I have paid attention to certain videos with music of questionable taste for seeing the swagger of exciting women. But the nude women's backgrounds are pure art. The same good taste as putting on a Vincent van Gogh XD canvas.

        1.    Courage said

Putting those funds in is in bad taste

          1.    Windousian said

How little you know about art.

            I give you my blessing.

          1.    Courage said

Indeed. Courage is not like the rest ... he does not know how to appreciate feminine beauty, even though he may have the skin of a beautiful girl inches from his face.

Well, I know beautiful girls, one of them is what you think (if you were from Madrid I would show you the photo).

What I don't know is how to get it into your head that I'm not for the job of having a girlfriend to damage her in some way. If in the end I see myself in Cuba hurting a woman in front of your nose ...

And yes, those backgrounds are in bad taste.

Go watch the video about Nigthwish that I sent you and don't touch your nose.

          2.    Windousian said

You have put a lot of material, there is to all almost all tastes. I see you like pretty faces ;-).

            1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

HAHA yes, the face is if not the most, at least one of the most important things 🙂
Feelings start in the face 😀

EDITED: I've also put up a lot of non-girl content, things like anime etc haha 😉

I'm really sorry but you have the likes of women in the butt XD. If they are not Japanese, it is not worth putting them in the background ahahaha

There are very attractive Asians and others who do not seem so attractive to me. However, there are those who prefer curvy women and others prefer less exuberant women.
I'm not very fussy about these issues, I like to try different distributions to see the advantages / disadvantages of each system.

          5.    Courage said

There is another one in the forum, but the server is down.

First of all do an installation in a virtual machine

        1.    Jamin samuel said

Very good .. I'm reading hard !! Look at my pc does not have graphic acceleration, it only brings an integrated video ship G41 intel .. Should I install something or do I follow the steps as shown in the guides?

          1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

Which chipset is it? Intel 945… Intel 960, which one?
Although, I imagine that installing xf86-video-intel be more than enough 😉

        2.    Jamin samuel said

Truly .. because the process is not long but it is very tedious, you have to put a lot of hand in everything .. in the virtual machine I will practice

          1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

To avoid that, I made my own installation script. I run it and it alone installs all the packages I need haha.

        3.    Jamin samuel said

Hey, but you haven't answered what I asked you a while ago:

-What happened to the audio and video codecs?
          - And the Flash ??
          - In linux mint I installed the Arial font with this command:
          "Sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts"
I suppose that in arch it would be: pacman msttcorefonts ???

          1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

            Ah right 🙂
To install the audio and video codecs, in Debian for example I suppose you install the GStreamers right? I put:
            pacman -S gstreamer0.10-ugly-plugins gstreamer0.10-base-plugins gstreamer0.10-good-plugins gstreamer0.10-bad-plugins gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg

And voila, those are ALL codecs for everything 😉

            For Flash:
            pacman -S flashplugin

The sources I don't know, I think it would be by installing these packages:
            pacman -S opendesktop-fonts ttf-freefont

Although you can always copy the fonts to a folder called .fonts (in your home, if it doesn't exist, create it) and that's it 😀

    Arch vs. Ubuntu

Arch has a simpler foundation than Ubuntu. If you like compiling your own kernels, testing CVS-only projects, or compiling a package from source every so often, Arch is better equipped. If you want to turn on your computer and be able to quickly use the system software without much configuration, Ubuntu is better equipped. In general, developers and advanced users probably prefer Arch over Ubuntu.

    1.    Jamin samuel said

I am very clear !! I think that for now I will not install Arch as my base system, but nevertheless I will be testing it by virtual machine 🙂

      1.    Jamin samuel said

So that said, I think it is not good to criticize the user who uses ubuntu or linux mint .. because as shown there, the one who uses ubuntu is because he wants to turn on the computer and be able to quickly use the system software without configuring much ..

It is already very simple !! it is not necessary to explain too much or say that the ubuntu system does not work 😉

Regarding Debian ahahaha I liked the explanation too much:

Arch is a "walking" distribution, while Debian Stable is released with "frozen" packages. xD

        1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

Actually in Arch it is not that you have to compile a lot, almost nothing really 😉

          1.    elav <° Linux said

Don't fuck around !!! You will say that you do not have to compile anything that you use .. Because I can give you a few examples in my case 😛

            1.    KZKG ^ Gaara said

Pacman + Yaourt make life much easier for users who do not want to compile.
yaourt -S package and voila ... the script is downloaded and compiled on its own, without you having to be checking dependencies, solving libraries, creating links, etc. etc.

            2.    elav <° Linux said

Exactly colleague .. What do you think Yaourt does? Well compile or pre-compile .. That's what I mean.

    Arch vs. Fedora

Fedora is a derivative of Red-Hat. It has a great community, many pre-built packages, and a lot of support available. Fedora is based on RPM packages. Arch uses pacman to handle .tar.gz packages. Fedora does not want to support MP3 because they think it will cause patent problems. Arch is more forgiving of MP3 and other types of multimedia formats. Fedora uses a graphical installation. Arch uses an ncurses-based installation. Fedora is very GUI driven. Arch is a much simpler system than Fedora, leaving the user to configure things by hand. Arch is optimized for i686. Fedora has a pre-defined release cycle. Arch has a "walking" release system. Arch's design is made to be a lighter system than an automated system.

  14.   Jamin samuel said

    Arch vs. Debian

Arch is much simpler than Debian. Arch has fewer packages. However, Arch provides better support than Debian for building your own packages. Arch is more permissive when a package is defined as 'non-free' by GNU. Arch is optimized for i686 processors. Arch's packages are newer than Debian's (even on its unstable branch). They both have an excellent package management system. Arch is a "walking" distribution, while Debian Stable is released with "frozen" packages.

    1.    elav <° Linux said

A couple of things I have doubts about:
      - In what sense is Arch simpler than Debian?
      - How is it that Arch provides better support for building your own packages?
      - How is Arch optimized for i686?

      1.    Jamin samuel said

Hello, well I copied that from the official arch page and wanted to share it with you .. but personally I am staying with Debian xD

        1.    pandev92 said

If we copy what the windows web says, windows would be the best operating system in history ahahah.

      2.    Courage said

I have installed Debian in expert mode and Arch is simpler, it installs less by default, but I know that when you get like this there is no way with you.

        1.    elav <° Linux said

Well, I think saying that Arch is simpler and easier to install than Debian is too much. Only the Debian partitioning step outperforms Archlinux by far. But nothing, that depends on who looks at it.

          1.    Courage said

When did I say it's easier to install? What I have said is that the system is simpler

          2.    Jamin samuel said

It is true to partition in Debian in text mode is very simple .. Thank God ejejje xD

elav brother how are you! a question which branch are you pointing to and which environment are you currently using in Debian?

            1.    elav <° Linux said

I have a local mirror of the Debian Testing repository. But if I used the ones from the internet, they would be these:

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian testing main contrib non-free
              deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org testing main non-free

As desktop environment I use Xfce, although sometimes I exchange with Cinnamon, Openbox and RazorQt 😛

          3.    Jamin samuel said

Great. !! Tell me something, do you already have LibreOffice 3.5 and VLC 2.0?

            1.    elav <° Linux said

It's been more than a week since I have been able to update my repositories, because the server from which I synchronize them has problems. LibreOffice I installed it manually with the .deb from the official site. And I don't know if the VLC will already be in repositories from what I told you before.

          4.    Jamin samuel said

Ah ok ok .. of course I understood it very well .. one of the reasons why I had to return to Ubuntu was because I did not know how to install libreoffice 3.5 in debian testing ... and from what I understand it has not yet reached the repositories of debian you installed it manually !! when I add it, I'll be up to date with the packages being in the testing branch 🙁 and also install the arial sources in debian .. do you know how to do it?
