[Steam] Portal Beta now available for Linux

Those of you who have already read my previous posts about Steam You may already know that one of the games that I was looking forward to more than portraying is Portal, a different first-person game since for this game we will have to overcome obstacles and try logic.
In this game we take on the role of Chell, a woman who is a test subject for Aperture Science. A female robotic voice will speak to us to tell us the tests, congratulate us, etc. and to go passing the tests we will use the portals and later we will be able to do with the portal gun, which we will use to create our own to be able to get out first of the tests and later tour the old Aperture facilities overcoming the obstacles that the enemy will put us.
If you like challenges and games where you have to use your brain, this is your game. Highly recommended.

Note: The Beta is only available if you have already bought the game in its version for Windows or Mac. The game costs € 6.99, but I recommend waiting for its release in the store in case they launch any offer.

It is a work of art matched.
Basically it is classified as a puzzle, it is about passing levels and surviving until the end

Will it be compatible with Debian Squeeze or Wheezy? Because I had been told that I would have to manually update the Mesa video driver if I have an Intel integrated.

    1.    pandev92 said

In 64 bits it is difficult to install, the other thing is that the intel drivers ... if they give you 30 fps thanks ...

The worst thing that can happen to this beloved operating system is that it fills up with games. No no no not bad bad, but very bad.

For games, speaking on computers, I prefer Windows, there I install all the crap I want. GNU / Linux leave it for other things.

For thoughts like that, we do not go beyond the supposed 1%, an Operating System must be able to be used for everything, you use it for whatever you want. And don't fill it with games.

I already installed it. It runs fine, but the sound sometimes stops working: /
