Privacy: Plugins to protect your privacy with Firefox

Privacy is a Complement Collections available for Mozilla Firefox that will help us maintain our privacy on the network and be more secure than a Locksmith in Zaragoza 😀

Among the extensions included in this collection are: Adblock Plus, NoScript, WOT, FoxyProxy, DuckDuckGo Plus, Private Tab, among other quite famous extensions.

privacy on the web

And it is that coincidentally, today is the Data Protection Day Did you know? An international day that raises awareness and promotes education on how to manage our personal information online, and of course, Mozilla is present.

… We at Mozilla are doing everything in our power to create a more trusting environment so that the Web can continue to thrive. We do this by developing services like Lightbeam and features like I don't want to be tracked. We do this by creating transparent and open source products like Firefox, a browser that our community can confirm is not being altered for dishonest purposes. Additionally, we do so by working closely with legislators and encouraging political leaders to bring the legal and cultural environment to a more open horizon.

More information about this day in the Mozilla blog.

Hi Elav, I tried to make a theme, and I couldn't.
        How are the steps?

There are quite curious and useful add-ons that I was unaware of. I've always been a regular at AdblockPlus and Gostery

Gostery is from an advertising consulting firm, if I remember correctly.
I wouldn't use it for the days

I usually use Do Not Track Me, HTTPS Everywhere and AdBlock Edge (a fork of AdBlock Plus since, if I am not mistaken, the latter allowed certain advertising to pass if advertisers paid). I can delete cookies from Firefox and I don't need a plugin for it.

Anyway, bravo to Firefox for taking privacy seriously!

Excellent, I already added it to my favorites.

    I recommend
    Adblock Plus
    NoScript Security Suite
Ghostery (I did not know what the friend clow_eriol mentions, there is an option to send data but I have it deactivated, we will have to find out more any info is good)
    BetterPrivacy
    anonymousX
    Save Password Editor
    HTTPS Everywhere
