On October 23, the data center where we have the server had a power outage. The server restarted and at first glance everything seemed to be in order.
In the morning we realized that the performance was very low. We investigated and came to the conclusion that one of the hard drives was failing.
The device has been replaced and is currently syncing.
Updated: a few hours after the server came back online mysql warned that the bbs database was corrupt. We have restored from an image we had dated Monday October 24, 2011 at 09:47:59. Unfortunately, all posts that were published after this date.
We apologize for all the time you have been down, which has not been short.
Anyway, we only have to recover ... a pity the loss of data regarding the forum, now criticism will rain due to the delay, for them not having had a more updated backup or something like that ...
