It is worth noting that since it is a beta, its use in a production environment is not recommended, from my appreciation the distro is quite stable and I particularly feel that the changes in the update manager are very well achieved.

    Hello,

I recently installed Linux Mint 18.1 KDE and when accessing the System Monitor I get the following message "/home/usuario/.local/share/ksysguard/ProcessTable.sgrd does not contain a valid XML."

Can you help me to fix it?

    Thank you

It is not the first distro that I see that they lock the root. Does anyone give me a little light on what the point of this is? Why do they block it?
