It was announced yesterday, through the mailing list, the availability of the Snapshot 2011.11rc1 de Debian CUT (Constantly Usable Testing).

You can get it from the following links for i386 and for amd64 and if you want to see how to install it by usb you can visit this although I don't know if with UNetbootin will serve.

    Yes, debian cut works without any problem with unebootin
