Trinity can be installed next to KDE4.x. since it detects and adjusts to the programs of this and therefore, the users can execute applications of KDE4 without any problem. You can get more information at Official site.

I consider KDE 3.x as one of the best versions of its golden age, since the jumps from Gnome to its Gnome Shell and KDE and its KDE SC divisions, KDE I don't know what and others have scared off more than one system user Gnu / Linux.
