KaOS 2022.10: It has already been released and these are its news!

Surely, many of those who are assiduous readers of «DesdeLinux», you will know of said Distro, because we follow their release announcements quite frequently. However, for those less knowledgeable, it is worth noting that it is a Distribution that is characterized, or distinguished by, being an independent, is exclusively focused on the KDE project, and is built from scratch together with its repositories. Related to the Calamari installer
- It is now possible to do a typical installation entirely from a Touchpad or Mouse pointing device, so a keyboard is no longer necessary. However, a virtual keyboard has been implemented for those modules that require text input.
- For those who prefer PulseAudio over Pipewire, a module has been added (KaOS only), which gives users the option to select which sound server they prefer (with Pipewire set by default). Dracut is the new default for creating initramfs images, plus it now supports versionless Kernels.
- The slideshow presented during installation had a complete overhaul, no longer using different images for each slide, it now has a static background and animated text that slides and fades. Among other visual effects and changes.
