Chrome Remote Desktop, PC Remote Control Extension

Chrome Remote Desktop is an extension developed by Google for the chrome browser that allows you to remotely control the pc from your browser, it is perfect to get your friends out of trouble. There are quite a few alternatives like teamviewer but I liked this application because, unlike TeamViwer, it does not use Wine to run.

To install it we just have to go to the following address:

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/

We search «Chrome Remote Desktop»And we add it to Chrome very easily.

Ready! We can find it in the Chrome applications section (New Tab> Applications)

I hope it has served you 😀

I used this extension for a while but it is mmmmuuyyy mmuuuyy slow, not counting the number of times it disconnects, as an idea I think it is a good one but there is nothing to give teamweaver.

I congratulate you for your blog, I always follow it 🙂

You can give it with Nomachine NX but it only serves to control GNU / Linux equipment, a pity because it goes like a rocket.

It had come to my attention that Chrome had a plug-in called Chrome Remote Desktop Viewer activated by default. Apparently it is for this extension.

I don't use that plugging so I better disable it for safety.

If you are interested in other remote desktop connection software options, you may also want to try Ammyy Admin (http://www.ammyy.com/), Requires no installation, registration, or specific configuration settings.
