What is LPKG and how does it work?

Finally, this new version 22 of Loc-OS, includes the application in a fully stable and functional way LPKG 10.1. Which is a Loc-OS 22 native GUI/CLI application, which works like a Low-level package manager. That is, it does not resolve dependencies, but install safely, quickly and easily, pre-loaded, useful and very updated applications, from the Respin developer's own repository.
