Daisy | Dock for KDE

Daisy is a Mac OS style dock for KDE. It is integrated into plasma and has interesting configuration options. It has three different interfaces: linear dock (Mac OS style), circular dock, and multimedia controller.

Install Daisy

I will explain how install daisy on Arch Linux:

Daisy is in AUR, for what we use yogurt:

yaourt -S kdeplasma-addons-applets-daisy

For other distributions like Kubuntu, Gentoo o Mandriva you can visit the Daisy's official website.

Once installed Daisy, Select Add graphic elements en plasma and add it.

Configure Daisy

For set up daisy, we right click on it and select daisy preferences. The following appears:

In this window we can configure the type of interface we want to use, the hiding options ... etc.

It is certainly a great dock for KDE, very stable and with good configuration options.
