I read since ThinkDigit.com which Dell, together with canonical ltd plan to sell netbooks and laptops with this distro in the India.
You can find the Dell Inspiron 14R y 15R with Ubuntu pre-installed from the same next week, as well as at the end of the year more models of Dell with this OS.
Sameer Garde (President of Dell India) said:
With Ubuntu, these machines will offer our consumers a compelling proposition for mobile or home computing, and this will also include Dell's benefits in terms of quality and safety. I am confident that they will appeal to both users (business or home).
He further added:
The Indian government has had quite a bit of support for the vision behind Ubuntu. The Supreme Court (or Supreme Court) of India has been using it on some 20.000 computers.
Without a doubt another action from Dell that deserves our applause.
I wish and this was contagious, so more countries in the world would bet on Free Software.

Incredible, you don't know if there are that kind of laptops for Guatemala or in the United States, it would be great to have a laptop with Ubuntu pre-installed.
No idea friend, although generally these types of options are given in online sales sites, not in stores as such. In Guatemala it is most likely not, but… in the US, I think Dell itself sells computers with Ubuntu pre-installed in the US.
Hopefully in India it will be successful and what happened in the US or Latin America will not happen
They already launched them:
