Fedora Asahi Remix arrives based on Fedora 39

Another highlight of Fedora Asahi Remix is that integrates a DSP solution which was achieved thanks to a collaboration with the PipeWire and WirePlumber projects, which allowed for fully integrated implementation, and thus guaranteeing high quality audio without the need for additional configuration, this means that it is one of the best that can be obtained from other distributions.
The team also implemented Bankstown patented technology dedicated bass enhancement and the implementation of Smart Amp, which optimize the listening experience and at the same time focus on minimizing power consumption, for longer battery life during sound playback.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that there are still features that cannot be taken advantage of, since the distribution still mainly lacks support for Thunderbolt, microphones, the Touch ID fingerprint scanner, in addition to the fact that Fedora Asahi Remix is not yet supported.
The developers promise that the next release of the distribution will be based on Fedora 40 and will focus on providing support for the Mac Pro, adding support for OpenGL 4.x and Vulkan.
