First meeting of the Blender Community at the UCI

One of the best ways to promote the OpenSource It is through user meetings, as it lends itself to exchange and debate on various topics. In this case, I bring you a note about a meeting held by 3D enthusiasts in The University of Computer Sciences of Cuba (ICU).

What was long thought would never be possible, is performed on the afternoon of yesterday February 26 a meeting full Blender Community in the Informatic science University.

He took advantage of the moment to give start to a training course about Blender; in charge of Yunior Frometa Carbonell recently graduated from our university, who has done various jobs on this tool and has extensive knowledge.

In each of these topics exposed their personal experiences with the work of this tool, as well as their main tricks and facilities.

Some college students they asked questions to clarify your doubts regarding the animation and rigging. The recent graduate of Faculty 5 exposed a series of works performed for him, with the aim of encourage to students at work with blenders.

He explained the importance of having a general knowledge of the tool but that a specialization with the aim of achieving a greater deepening of a specific topic, always emphasizing that each one must specialize in what is believed best or try it in what they like the most in the 3D world.

What he raises is that if the signatures were made by another entity other than Microsoft, if it would agree to sign the kernel, directly to save the work of others?
