It was nice while it lasted. Stories of love and hate enclose my experience with this blog from the day it came to light and today, just today, it has come to an end.
A few hours ago they gave me a Macbook Pro. What can I tell you? Sometimes you criticize something without knowing it, and this is precisely what happened to me with this computer. Do you remember how much I criticized Miguel de Icaza? Well, the very screwed up punched me in the face without lifting a finger.
Now I understand why users of Apple they are so blind. It's not that they are, it's that they want to be. They put a blindfold on and are guided by consumerism and the indisputable ease that the company of Cupertino.
I admit it, I don't deny it, use OS X it is a totally new experience, something enlightening. It is a rare sensation not to have to resort to a terminal anymore, to see how everything goes smoothly, to see how there are no errors, to see how everything works.
I'm going away from FromLinux because I feel like a hypocrite, because if I stayed I would certainly be and out of respect for you, the users of GNU / Linux. Bye dear TuxYou taught me a lot and I will keep you only on my servers, but for my personal consumption: Never again. Much you have to improve for me to return to you.
