Gmail: inbox

It is not easy to get used to a new email service every time you change, let alone if it is the first time you use one. Overcome the problem of record and the Login there is the same or greater, learn to fully use the service. The first 'obstacle' that we find ourselves is the inbox, the place where all (or almost all) the emails sent to us end up.

In the inbox Gmail we can find a lot of information, so it is not surprising that new users of the service sometimes get dizzy. In the left column we find a series of links that take us to different sites, the messages received, highlights, drafts, the trash and all the folders that we have created. A little further down those links we find a small 'chat'. A list of our connected contacts with whom we can chat.

The rest of the inbox is mostly messages. We come across a large list of messages (if we have received many). For some time the service team began to organize the Gmail inbox and now we can find the mails organized in three "folders": "Main", "Social" and "Promotions". So that the emails sent to us by our contacts are not mixed with those we receive from promotions or social networks.

Finally we find three symbols on the left side of each message in our inbox. A star, to mark it as a favorite, a “tag”, to mark that the message is important, and a box with which we can select the message and decide what to do with it (archive it, delete it, move it to a folder, and many more options).

Here we offer you more information about Gmail inbox.
