Homebank aims to be a simple but powerful software for the administration and analysis of our finances. Some important characteristics are:

Installation
From its official website we can download the Tarball with the most recent version to compile by ourselves, but they also report that it is available in the repositories of several distributions (Arch, Suse, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, among others) so it would be enough to choose the version that suits us best.
The program looks very interesting and it would help me a lot. I use Kmymoney, but it is interesting to have other alternatives.
