LIBRECON, the most important international congress of open technologies in Southern Europe, has announced its program for this year's edition. On this occasion, the application of open source technologies will be exploited in the financial or public administration field.

The forum will be divided into two days, with a total of 50 presentations divided into business cases and workshops, with participants from international companies such as Orange, Hitachi or Mozilla.
On the 21st there will be Julia Bernal from Red Hat and Marius Felzmann from CEBIT as special guests. In the afternoon, attendees will be able to enjoy a symphonic concert by the conductor Eimear Noone.
