 La release Candidate de Linux Mint 13 with the graphical environment KDE it is available for download.

Remember that, like the version with LXDE, the final versions will be available at the same time as the LMDE release takes place and that most of the features are shared with the general version.

The KDE version used is 4.8, which adds new features to Kate, Dolphin and optimizations in Kwin.


System Requirements:

  • X86 processor (for 32-bit and 64-bit versions)
  • X86_64 compatible processor (for 64 bit version)
  • 512 MB RAM
  • 5GB disk space
  • Graphics card with 800 × 600 resolution
  • CD-ROM reader or USB port
