New meta-contacts in Empathy

Meta-contacts are a new feature that will be incorporated in future versions of Empathy, Ubuntu's default chat client. To the extent that Empathy allows us to add accounts and, therefore, contacts from different services (Gmail, Facebook, AIM, ICQ, IRC, MSN and a long etcetera) it is logical group the contacts that belong to the same person in a «meta-contact» (For example, we have Juan added on Facebook, ICQ, MSN, etc.).

Installation

This functionality is already available in Empathy 2.31. You can install it using the source code or following the PPA from Telepathy developers.

Note: version 2.31 is still considered unstable. It is not recommended to install it on your work computer.

I use metacontacts, but every time I talk to that person, what I say comes out in all the programs and they bitch me. Can it be fixed in any way?
