Those are the basic plans.
The 3 and 4 that appear in the offer are the same servers but without SSH access and with the additional cost of administrative responsibility (updates, security, performance).
In the survey there was a considerable proportion of votes to managed servers. We include them for that reason but I myself would not be interested, for those cases the monthly payment that we already offer is appropriate, not so much an annual payment unless one has a profitable service underway.

In my case I have several websites in a VPS that is not really good, but my income is very low. when i can i look at dedicated servers and gnutransfer prices are very good
I use http://my.hostus.us and never a problem. I installed zpanel and it saved me 10 dollars from cpanel. I spend very little and it pays me a lot
