Thanks to Q4Wine, which is a very friendly interface to easily configure Wine, KDE users will greatly simplify their interaction with Wine, to the point that once optimized, it will appear that Wine is not even there.
Features:
- You can export Qt theme color to colors in Wine settings.
- You can easily work with different versions of Wine at the same time.
- Easy creation, deletion and management of Wine prefixes (WINEPREFIX).
- Easy control for Wine processes.
- Easy installation wizard for Wine applications.
- Supports auto start icons.
- Easy use of cd images.
- You can extract icons from PE files (.exe, .dll).
- Easy backup and restore of managed prefixes.
- Supports Winetricks.
Installation
Ubuntu:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa: tehnick / tehnick sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install q4wine
Note: in Gnome it can also be used, but it will install the QT libraries.
If I add it from Open Suse Estudio Como Wine, it doesn't affect me, is it completely installed?
One detail, the installable package is called q4wine, not q4win. Only for those who try to install it and cannot….
