Thonny combines an easy-to-learn interface for beginners and advanced features for experienced programmers, such as step-by-step code execution and variable inspection, into one application. In the new issue, work was done to increase productivity when debugging projects.

An Orca screen reader has been added to the list of recommended apps, adapted to control PIXEL desktop and GTK and Qt based applications (with applications based on other toolkits such as Thonny, Sonic Pi and Scratch, as well as Chromium, the screen reader is not yet supported (It is recommended to use Firefox or the latest version of Chromium 80, where the issues are resolved)).
