Say NO to Windows Tax!

Interesting proposal that of the friends of Devolution.org: choose "with or without software" when buying a computer. For every computer we buy in the consumer market, we are forced to pay for programs that we may never use. We refer to the commonly called «Windows Tax«, The price of all that unnecessary software valued between 100 and 300 Euros which in practice Microsoft and other monopoly companies force manufacturers to pre-install.

Do you know what you could buy PCs for only € 100 or € 150 if it weren't for this private tax? Demand the return of pre-installed software that you don't want!

We invite you to know the objectives of this campaign against computer related sales, and that in this way you help to end the Windows Tax. Tell here how you got your return. In France and Italy the law requires you to return the money of the software that is not wanted. In your country too?
