With some bug fixes, Simple Scan version 0.9.0 is now available for testing. |
Simple Scan is a new application that is included in Ubuntu Lucid Lynx and whose objective is to facilitate the digitization of documents for all those users who use a scanner. If you are not using Lucid you can also install it on Karmic Koala from PPA:
Go to System> Administration> Software Sources> Other Software and add the following entry: ppa: robert-ancell / simple-scan
Then you can install the package: single-scan
