In relation to the Fedora Python 2 End of Life python2 package and all packages that require Python 2 to function or mount will be removed. For developers and users who need Python 2, a separate python27 package will be provided which will be designed in an all-in-one style (not splitting into sub-packages) and is not intended to be used as a dependency.

The Python interpreter is compiled with the "-fno-semantic-interposition" flag, the use of which in testing showed a performance increase of 5 to 27%.

In packages that define their own users and groups, transitioned to user definitions in identical format to sysusers.d. Code has been added to the DNF package manager to send the necessary information for a more accurate assessment of the distribution's user base.

Instead of the originally planned transfer of a unique UUID, a simpler scheme based on the installation time counter and a variable with data about the architecture and version of the operating system is implemented.
