And surely, many enjoyed not only remembering some of these now extinct projects, which at the time perhaps astonished and they contributed a grain of sand to the Linuxverse; but being amazed by the large number of them in this state of oblivion and disuse.

And since we know that this type of publications tend to delight, today we will begin another very similar series of four more parts, but now focused on the multiple free and open projects of GNU/Linux distributions that are being born and developed throughout the Linuxverse, and are on a waiting list to be recognized and disseminated through the well-known DistroWatch website.
