Ya the beta version of Ubuntu 19.04 was presented «Disco Dingo«, Which marked the transition to the first stage of freezing the package base and shifting focus to developing new features to test and correct mistakes.
The test images presented that can already be used for error detection include a Ubuntu, Ubuntu Server, Lubuntu, Kubuntu, Ubuntu Mate, Ubuntu Budgie, Ubuntu Studio, Xubuntu and UbuntuKylin (edited for China).
What's New in Ubuntu 19.04 "Disco Dingo" Beta
With the launch of this beta, We found that the desktop has been updated to GNOME 3.32 with a redesigned style of interface elements, desktop and icons, discontinuing global menu support and support for experimental fractional scaling.
The Linux kernel has been updated to version 5.0 which adds support for AMD Radeon RX Vega and Intel Cannonlake GPUs, Raspberry Pi 3B / 3B + boards, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, enhanced USB 3.2 and Type-C support, significant improvements in energy efficiency.
The toolkit has been updated to GCC 8.3, Glibc 2.29, OpenJDK 11, boost 1.67, rustc 1.31, python 3.7.2 (default), ruby 2.5.3, php 7.2.15, perl 5.28.1, golang 1.10.4, QEMU emulator updated to version 3.1 and libvirt to version 4.0.
All the user applications were also updated of which we highlight LibreOffice 6.2.2, kdenlive 8.12.3, GIMP 2.10.8, Krita 4.1.7, Blender v2.79 beta, Ardor 5.12.0, Scribus 1.4.8, Darktable 2.6.0, Pitivi v0.999, Inkscape 0.92.4 , Falkon 3.0.1, Firefox 66. A latte-dock panel 0.8.7 has been added to the repository.
En the versions of Xubuntu and Lubuntu as we well know they stopped preparing the 32-bit compilations (In previous releases Ubuntu Server, Ubuntu Desktop, Ubuntu MATE, Ubuntu Studio, Ubuntu Kylin, and Ubuntu Budgie were downgraded from 32-bit builds.)
Only downloads for the x86_64 architecture are now offered for download even though support for repositories with packages for the i386 architecture is retained.
Free 19.04 Beta
In Kubuntu We find the KDE Plasma 5.15 desktop the KDE Applications 18.12.3 suite of applications.
To simplify the transition from other operating systems, by default the mouse is now double clicked to open files and directories (the first click activates an icon and the second opens the file).
The old behavior (one-click open) can be returned in settings if desired by the user.
As well we found kio-gdrive package added to access Google Drive from KIO compatible apps (Dolphin, Kate, Gwenview, etc).
A minimal install mode has been added to the installer, which, when selected, does not install PIM applications (mail client, programmer), LibreOffice, Cantata, mpd and some network and multimedia applications (only Plasma Desktop, Firefox, VLC and some utilities remain).
La Wayland session test continues after installing plasma-workspace-wayland package, the optional item "Plasma (Wayland)" appears on the login screen.
The Ubuntu 19.04 release is scheduled for April 18.
Ubuntu Budgie 19.04 Beta
In Ubuntu Budgie, the desktop has been updated to Budgie version 10.5 and the default font set is "Noto Sans" and a new QogirBudgie theme.
Added to Budgie Welcome a section for quick installation of instant packages with the GNOME, Midori, Vivaldi, Firefox, Chrome and Chromium web browsers.
By default, an interface has been added to search for Catfish files. Instead of the Nautilus file manager we find Nemo.
The DesktopFolder component is used to place the icons on the Elementary OS project desktop.
The panel Plank has moved to the bottom of the screen. The clock applet (ShowTime) has been completely redesigned, a Take-A-Break applet has been added to schedule work pauses, as well as applets to control CPU frequency and power consumption modes.
Free MATE 19.04 Beta
In Ubuntu MATE, the delivery of the latest version of the MATE 1.20 desktop with some fixes and improvements from MATE 1.22.
The decision to stay on version 1.20 was made to unify packages with Debian 10 and due to possible stability issues with third-party applications due to the large number of internal changes in MATE 1.22.
MATE Dock Applet has been updated to version 0.88 with an improved interface style mode and patches with RDA (Remote Desktop Awareness) support were added to improve working with MATE in remote desktop access sessions.

In Xubuntu, GIMP, AptURL, LibreOffice Impress and Draw are included in the base of the default applications.
Thunar 1.8.4 file manager and Thunar Volume Manager 0.9.1 components (translated to GTK + 3), Xfce Application Finder 4.13.2 (translated to GTK + 3), Xfce Desktop 4.13.3, Xfce Dictionary updated 0.8.2, Xfce Notifications 0.4 .3, Xfce Panel 4.13.4, Xfce Screenshooter 1.9.4 and Xfce Task Manager 1.2.2.
