Valve gives Nvidia a boost for its Linux Drivers.

In the noticia made known by Nvidia It is stated that companies like VALVE (creators of Steam) and other game development companies helped create a new version of the driver de Nvidia for Linux, named R310.

This new driver was released on November 6 of this year and promises to improve graphics for a better Linux gaming experience

The R310 Driver support new GeForce GTX 600-series. And they have redefined games for desktops and NoteBooks. Combining performance and gameplay features that will revolutionize the gaming world with incredible design and low power consumption.

Gamers with older generation GeForce GPUs, including the 8800 GT and above, are recommended to download these new drivers.

    Sorry but… the Linux driver released on the 6th, at least according to the page, is R304, not R310.

    In the experimental debian repos there are already 310. I don't know if they are complete, but I installed them on a 520gb gt 2 and the urbanterror 4.1.1 step from 125fps to 75fps Oo
