Will we have a Fedora spin based on Razor-qt?

Razor-Qt is a lightweight desktop environment based on Qt, which promises to become an interesting alternative to KDE, especially for those who do not have very powerful machines. We recently presented his remake.

The news of the moment is that, just as there are Fedora spins for KDE, XFCE, LXDE, etc., a few days ago a project was created to develop a spin based on Razor-Qt.

Our friends Very Linux They gave it as something confirmed but, be careful, not to get excited. This initiative is only in an early stage of development and, as you might expect, it is not yet on the Official Spins. However, some of the default applications and components have already been selected in the project wiki.

Thus, for example, the window manager will be Openbox, the web browser will be Arora, the text editor JuffEd and as an image viewer we will have nomacs. The music player will be Clementine, UMPlayer will be the video player, and it is quite possible that Dolphin or qtFM will become the default file browser.

razor -qt I like it less, I like it more Antico, but they no longer update it, I am glad to find more environments within Linux, it offers more opportunities for individualism XD

I am a Gnome 3 user and I have little to complain about, but I am glad that there are other alternatives to choose the default desktop and programs. If I have time I will try it when it is official.
